Regular Meals Should Be Included Three to Five Times a Week on Your Menu

Regular meals are your average everyday meals. They fall somewhere in between your Sunday Dinners and your Quick Hits.

These regular meals should be the backbone of your grocery savings plan. Why? Well, if you serve Sunday Dinners every night, you are going to kill your budget. If you serve quick hits every night, your family is going to hate you (well, maybe an overstatement, but you get my point). Remember the point here is have grocery savings while pleasing your loved ones with your gourmet talents. Hotdogs ain’t gonna cut it on the pleasing the loved one’s scale and filet mignon isn’t gonna quite get you there on the grocery savings side of things. Regular Meals are your middle ground and the bulk of your weekly menu should be filled with them.
