Ingredients
1 Package of Country Style Ribs
1 Bottle of your favorite Barbecue Sauce (I use my own homemade sauce, but you can use any variety you like or can find on sale)
Instructions
• Place ribs in a glass baking dish
• Pour barbecue sauce over them
• Bake at 350°F for 40 min to an hour (internal temp of 165°F)
Really, it’s that simple. You can even get some variety by switching out the type of sauce you use. I make a bold tomato-based sauce, but you can use a sweet sauce, vinegar-based sauce… Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable of your choice. This is a perfect, easy, weeknight meal.
